A luxury ten suite cattery located near Haysden Country Park in Tonbridge.
The Cattery
A luxury, purpose built cattery, opened in 2025. The cattery, located in a beautiful setting, provides a fully enclosed, secure, sheltered environment.
The accommodation consists of ten, fully secure, luxury suites. All are fully insulated with heated sleeping bedroom areas for year round comfort and enrichment areas. The cattery is south facing allowing lots of natural sunlight into the suites.
The accommodation fully complies with all DEFRA regulations providing you with complete peace of mind.
'A room with a view'
Immersed in the countryside, each suite looks out onto a vast expanse of greenery. Your cat should expect to see lots of wild birds, insects and our free range chickens pecking around. Pictured is the farmers field which the cattery is orientated towards.

Whilst designing the cattery, one of our main visions was for the space to be bright and receive lots of natural sunlight.
At Haysden Country Cattery each pen is designed with light in mind.
During the summer, the cattery has been designed to allow large amounts of airflow and each pen can receive a fresh, countryside breeze.

Fun climbing towers are situated in each pen.
Ample shelves are available giving your cat the ability to get up high and do lots of climbing!
Toys and Tunnels are in each pen providing lots of fun.
Cats that like it will receive lots of strokes and cuddles.

Up a ladder, through a cat flap and into a completely private bedroom is where your cat will find their clean, cosy bed.
Radiators are fitted in this area so that in those colder months the area is nice and cosy.

Vaccinations Requirements
- Core Vaccinations - Panleukopenia, Cat Flu (Herpes + Calici) — required
- Vaccination Certificate - E-mailed prior to stay or presented on arrival.
Please note - to protect the safety, health and well being of our guests your cat MUST have all of the required vaccinations and we must be provided with the proof of this either before or on arrival.
Flea & Worm Treatments
Must be up-to-date.
Food
We provide;
- Wet and Dry Whiskers
- Wet and Dry Felix
If your cat requires anything outside of the above please do let me know.
Feeding requirements will be confirmed and recorded on your cat's arrival.

We are fully licenced by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council.

Microchip
As of July 2024, under council regulations your cat must be microchipped to be able to stay in a licenced boarding cattery.
Deposit
25% of the total booking fee will be charged in advance to secure your cat’s stay. This is non-refundable but can be transferred onto another booking.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 7 days notice in the event of a cancellation or shortening of dates. If we are notified outside of this period the full balance will be required unless we are able to offer the stay to another customer where a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Peak Times Minimum Stay
There is a minimum stay of five days during Easter, Summer Holidays, Christmas and New Year.

Illness during stay
A condition of your cat’s stay is that your cat is in a fit and healthy condition and has proof of vaccination against Panleukopenia, Cat Flu (Herpes + Calici) . Guests are boarded at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken, Haysden Country Cattery cannot be liable for illness, injury or death of any animal in our care.
If your cat should appear unwell whilst in our care, we will first try to contact your own vet.
Should this not be possible for any reason, we will enlist the services of our Veterinary Surgeon, fees may be applicable. Any fees incurred as a result of a pre-existing condition will be the responsibility of the owner and must be paid at the time of required treatment.
